Best Fitness Gadget for 2009: The Fitbit

My official product of the year was ordered a few months ago but did not arrive until December and the wait was well worth it. The sleek fitness tool known as the Fitbit tracks your sleep pattern, fitness activity (daily steps etc.) and daily calories. The Fitbit was the brainchild of a couple of Ivy League guys and has open to rave reviews. The cost of the product is $99. The Fitbit will help me (and hopefully you) stay on track for my new exercise adventure, the Exercise200 plan that will start on the 4th of January and finish at the end of the year.

Interesting blog you got here. I'd like to read more concerning that theme. The only thing this blog misses is some photos of any gadgets.

pomalidomide 2 mg is used in the treatment of multiple myeloma and is used in combination with some other medicine. It works by helping the bone marrow to produce normal blood cells and by killing abnormal cells. Regular blood tests are required to check your blood cells along with heart, liver, and blood uric acid levels.
