"Eat Your Spinach"

Here are some great raw foods you should try to eat most days of the week: carrots, broccoli and the big one, spinach. No spinach that particular day!  Here is the breakdown for some (110 g) raw spinach.

- Folate – 49%

- Magnesium – 20%
- Potassium – 16%
