The 4-Hour Body and Paleo Solution

Over the Holiday season I plan on doing a little reading that includes two of the more interesting books published in 2010. The first book is The 4-Hour Body by Tim Ferriss and the second book is Robb Wolf's The Paleo Solution. The 4-Hour Body was the culmination of a decade of research by Ferriss who was basically a lab rat in his own experiments to see what works in all areas of performance. He also found the top experts out there in various disciplines (strength & conditioning, nutrition etc.) and spoke to them regarding their work/research and the results are what make up the 571 pages of his book. His first book, which I also read - The 4-Hour Workweek - was a national best seller. On a side note I tried to get involved with his project when I found out he was looking for topics for his book. I still believe our Smartraining philosophy at Koko FitClub would have been perfect...maybe for his 2nd edition! As a consolation prize, I received two free copies of his book!

The new year brings new hopes. We are all aging and looking to get the most bang for our buck when it comes to exercise and nutrition. I believe these two books offer the latest and greatest of what's out there and will be a good starting point for you. Let the race begin...
