A Power Snack for Post Workout

After a recent workout at Koko FitClub I tried the following quick, healthy snack: one slice of toasted Ezekiel 100% whole wheat bread, 1 tsp. almond butter, and half of a banana. Give it a try - it's packed with carbs and protein which makes it ideal for a post recovery workout. You can also wash it down with a cup of green tea like I did or either a whey protein drink or chocolate milk.
