Jonathan Bailor's new book, The Smarter Science of Slim (Aavia, 2012) yesterday and quite honestly can't put it down. Jonathan is a health and fitness researcher who has spent the last decade reviewing all the scientific literature on weight loss and exercise. His book has been endorsed by some of the biggest names in the medical and research worlds. The book is HEAVILY referenced and includes 36 chapters and more than 350 pages and follows a similar path as with what we have developed at Koko FitClub and our Science of Smartraining philosophy.
