Looking to Lose a Few More Pounds Before Summer?

Are you still trying to get rid off those last 10-15 pounds before summer begins? Well, we all know it's about the amount of calories we consume versus the amount of calories we expend on a daily...weekly...monthly basis. I have been following a blog by registered dietitian Cristin Dillon-Jones, who has for two years been showing the world what her every meal looks like (on Self magazine's "Eat Like Me" blog). "Nothing fancy here: Dillon-Jones simply snaps a shot of whatever she's put together for breakfast, lunch, dinner or a snack and posts it, along with a brief description and some nutrition data, on the blog."
